That's like saying why does they Department of Transportation support Speeders that break the speed limits...

Groups don't support.. or condone art thieves. As admin of a group myself, we can only ban if its reported.. and report if we find it.
We all do what we can to stop art theft, but we have to know its stolen to do so.
